By accessing or using the Magnates Agency website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Magnates Agency provides AI automation, web development, and digital growth services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are outlined in individual service agreements or package descriptions.

3. Payment Terms

Setup fees are due before work begins. Monthly retainers are billed at the start of each month. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive 100% ownership of the custom code, design, and content created specifically for their project, as outlined in their specific package terms.

5. Cancellation

Monthly plans can be cancelled with 30 days written notice. You retain ownership of everything built during your engagement.

6. Limitation of Liability

Magnates Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
